6.5 - Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (2012)

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (2012) has two fairly seperate experiences. Part one, which starts slowly (and with hardly any action in its first parts) and develops into a campily dramatic rivalry. The plot and animation smoothly progress, as visual inventation and plot nuances build on each other. Part two delves directly directly into the action, and the experimentation overall increases. Between arcs (or rather fights) are improved expositions, often conveying a creative a believable twist to the action. Alongside its often superbly dumb comedy, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure remains a creative and exciting start to a series.
